- How do I pay for my course??
Enquire about the course on our website, we will then contact you for payment details. Payments are required at the time of booking a course to secure your place. All major debit and credit cards accepted.
- Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
No the prices listed are excluding VAT. The standard rate of 20% VAT would be added to the list price.
- Can I arrange for training to take place at my premises?
Yes you can arrange a training course at your own premises – please call us on 0300 303 2722 to discuss suitability for theory and practical sessions if applicable.
- Do you provide refreshments?
Yes refreshments are provided for candidates who are attending full day courses only.
- Do you provide parking?
Yes free parking is available at our training centres but is limited.
- Can you cater for students with special requiremnets?
Yes, simply let us know your requirements and we will do our best to provide the appropriate support.
- Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
This will depend on the nature of the course but yes, we can accommodate large groups where appropriate. Just simply contact us on 0300 303 2722 and we’ll happily discuss your requirements.
- What if I need to cancel my booking?
Fees for cancellations are as follows:
Up to 3 days – 100% payable
4 days – 75% payable
5-7 days 50% payable
7+ days 25%
