Candidates are required to bring the following equipment on the day of the training
- Company CITB Levy number – Candidates attending Construction related courses should bring their company CITB Levy number with them if applicable.
- A Form of photo ID (Passport, Driving license, Formal ID Cards)

Learning Objectives
It is a legal requirement that all who may come across asbestos in their day to day work have been provided with asbestos awareness training. Also those who will intentionally work on asbestos must have had appropriate training specific to the tasks they will undertake

Who is this course aimed at?
This course is for everyone who wishes to work on the fabric of any premises built before the year 2000. This may include managers, supervisors, tradesmen and maintenance workers.

Course Overview
This course covers all the information you need to be more aware of asbestos. This includes history, properties and uses of asbestos. Coupled with the health effects from exposure and more importantly how to avoid the risks. You will also find out about guidelines set out in Regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
